How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:
Option 1
(1) Follow (or continue following) @Sayoofficial_ on Instagram, @Sayoofficial_ on Twitter,
@Sayoofficial_ on TikTok, and @Sayoofficial1 on Facebook; and (2) Tag five or more friends in
the comments section of the official post regarding this sweepstakes on Instagram (tagged
friends will not be entered to win).
Option 2
Email the following information in the format described to thykingdomrecords@gmail.com:
Subject Line: “Sayò Instagram Sweepstakes”
Body of Email: Your first and last name, your shipping address, the statement “This is my
official entry for the Sayò Instagram Sweepstakes.”
The Prize
One (1) randomly selected grand prize winner will receive a cash prize of N100,000 and a Sayò
t-shirt, and nineteen (19) randomly selected winners will receive a cash prize of N5,000, a Sayò
t-shirt, and a 2 GB data recharge card for a wireless telephone plan. No other prizes will be
awarded.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway
period. The odds of winning will increase in proportion to the number of friends you tag in the
comments section of the official post regarding this sweepstakes on Instagram.
Dates
The promotion begins on September 10, 2021 and ends on October 10, 2021.
Who May Enter
The sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Nigeria age 18 and older, subject to the further
restrictions set forth herein. Employees of Thy Kingdom Records, LLC (“Thy Kingdom”), which
is the sponsor of the sweepstakes, or of any of Thy Kingdom’s affiliates, and members of their
immediate families are not eligible. Limit one entry per person.
Entry Content Restrictions
No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content. Any entry containing inappropriate
content, as determined by Thy Kingdom in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered
ineligible and will not be part of the sweepstakes. Automated entries, including entries
submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service, are not permitted and will
be disqualified.
Selection of Winner
On October 11, 2021, Thy Kingdom will randomly select potential winners from among all
eligible entries. Once an entrant has been selected and that entrant’s eligibility has been
confirmed, which will occur with respect to the initially selected winners no later than five (5)
business days following the end of the sweepstakes period, Thy Kingdom will notify that entrant
via a direct Instagram message from @Sayoofficial_ or email from
thykingdomrecords@gmail.com, as applicable, and once notified, the entrant will have
twenty-four (24) hours to reply confirming acceptance and providing such further details as Thy
Kingdom may reasonably request. The entrant’s failure to respond within twenty-four (24)
hours, or Thy Kingdom’s inability to confirm the entrant’s eligibility, may result in such entrant’s
disqualification and the selection of an alternate entrant via the methods set forth above. Only
winners will be notified. Thy Kingdom shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding
the prize for any reason. The prize will only be awarded to verified winners. Winning entrants
will be required to consent to Thy Kingdom’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness,
address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media
now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet),
for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without
additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Upon remitting the payment to the winning
entrant via check or other means and shipping such check or other payment to an address or
other contact information provided by the potential winner, Thy Kingdom will be deemed to have
awarded the prize to the entrant and the entrant will be deemed to have assumed full
responsibility for the prize.

Additional Provisions
Thy Kingdom reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. This promotion
is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By
participating in this giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Thy Kingdom,
Sayò, and Instagram and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever
for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly
or indirectly from: (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any
prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the sweepstakes or any prize related activities.
Arbitration, Choice of Law
EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR AND ARE FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT,
ALL DISPUTES ARISING EXCLUSIVELY OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY,
WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR
ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING
ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE
OR JURY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE THAT THY KINGDOM AND
YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY
ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THAT CLASS
ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. THE ARBITRATION WILL
BE ADMINISTERED BY JAMS PURSUANT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION
RULES AND PROCEDURES, AS AMENDED BY THESE TERMS. Under no circumstances will
either party to such a proceeding be permitted to obtain awards for, and each party hereby
waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’
fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you or Thy Kingdom in
connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
substantive laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and
regardless of your location.
